Just sharing a few pics from my friend Regina’s baby shower, which was three weeks ago, and now she’s due any day! I had a blast coordinating the event with her Mom and best friend. Christine stayed with us the night before, and Fatima came over to work on her fruit baby. Fruit baby was the hit of the party and blew my burrito bar out of the water.

Drinks and apps with Christine at Generations the Thursday before the shower. That Friday, we chilled at Cheba Hut before prepping our food for the shower.

Nick and Regina decided on Where the Wild Things Are for Baby Max’s nursery, so we used this theme for the shower, as well. That way, the decor could be recycled in the nursery.

In total, we had about 20 guests in attendance. Regina’s Mom, Megan and I worked on plans for weeks leading up to the event. We talked about food, games, gifts and decor, who’s doing what and how best to organize the event. Everything came together so well; I was very pleased with the end result. I swear one day I’ll act on my event planning dreams. Regardless, I’m so excited to meet Baby Max and wish Regina and Nick the best of luck with their bundle of joy coming soon!!

The following day, Brittany and Justin hosted brunch at their house. Keegan and I brought hash brown casserole and million dollar bacon, a recipe I stole from First Watch. We also brought our Vitamix to make creamsicle mimosas, and Oh My God, they were the best mimosas I’ve ever had in my life. Thanks Pinterest!!
